Bedroom Revamp, Naas

Some of the before and after pictures don't do justice to the work that was done. I think this is an example of that. The before picture is a bedroom in a 20 year old house. Everything about the room screamed 1990! The wardrobes were 1 metre wide so fairly useless. The doors opened out into the room. The area to the left hand side of the wardrobe served as the wardrobe for the room behind. The wardrobes were ripped out and by increasing the overall depth slightly, both rooms now have a wardrobe 2 metres wide with sliding doors, both with room for shelves and hanging rails for clothes of different lengths.

Walls and ceiling were replastered, internal doors changed, downlights put in, wooden floors and 6" chamfered skirting put in; this is very much a modern, far more functional room.
